We will provide auto electrical repair services as agreed upon in writing or verbally. You agree to pay for services rendered according to our pricing structure. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
All estimates are approximate and subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances. Additional work beyond the initial estimate requires your approval. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We offer an amount of time / certain mile warranty on parts and labor for most repairs. The warranty is void if the vehicle is misused or altered by a third party. This warranty is non-transferable.
You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and its issues. Personal items should be removed from the vehicle before service. You are responsible for picking up your vehicle within 48 hours of job completion, unless otherwise arranged.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or service provided. We are not liable for any consequential damages.
Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept all the major credit cards. Unpaid balances may incur interest charges and collection fees.
We collect and use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through arbitration in [your jurisdiction].

Storage Fees: After the initial 48-hour period, daily storage fees of $20 per day will begin to accrue for the impounded vehicle
1.Notification Process: For Texas-registered vehicles, we may not charge for more than five days of storage fees unless a prescribed notice is mailed or published to inform the owner of the vehicle's location
2.For non-Texas registered vehicles, we may not charge for more than five days before the date a request for owner information is sent to the relevant governmental entity
3.Impoundment Fee: An impoundment fee of up to $20 may be charged if impoundment services are performed, such as securing the vehicle or inventorying personal property
4.Abandoned Vehicle Process: A vehicle may be considered abandoned if not claimed by the owner. At least two notices will be mailed or published stating that we have the vehicle. We must wait at least 30 days after the second notice before taking further action
5.Vehicle Sale: We may sell the vehicle through a public sale 30 days after mailing or publishing the second notice. Proceeds will first cover towing and storage charges, with any remainder potentially paid to the vehicle owner
6.Personal Property: Owners do not have the right to remove or dismantle any part of the vehicle while it's in our facility
7.Vehicle Retrieval: Owners cannot retrieve their vehicle without paying all towing, storage, and other allowed fees, and demonstrating ownership or authorized use of the vehicle
8.Dispute Resolution: Vehicle owners may request a tow hearing at any Justice of the Peace Court in the county where the car was towed within 14 days of the tow if they believe the tow was wrongful or if they were overcharged
